They are delicate artworks, it is recommended to frame them and to avoid putting your fingers on them to preserve them in optimal conditions. If, however, you cannot frame your work immediately, I advise you to keep it, flat, in its packaging and protected from humidity.

To ensure the longevity of your artwork, it is recommended that you avoid hanging it above a heat source, in direct sunlight or in a humid environment as this would degrade the quality of the work.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on what you see on your screen.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

The original drawings are inserted with a cardboard backing in a transparent cellophane envelope and shipped in a cardboard envelope. All my works are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.

They are sent by Colissimo or registered mail. The shipments are insured.

All orders are prepared and shipped by myself, the same day or the next day, on working days. From the moment your order is posted the delivery times with La Poste are as follows

To France: about 2-7 days*.
Other destinations: about 1-4 weeks*

*Delivery times may be longer during the holiday season.

Please note that an error on the address can increase the delivery time. Please check the address to which you wish to be delivered to avoid any problems.

*Orders with a delivery address outside of France may be subject to import taxes. Some customs duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer and as such will need to be paid before your order is delivered to you.

Yes, all orders shipped to France and international destinations have a tracking number. If you have not received your order to France within 7 business days or all other destinations within 20 business days, please send me a note, with the name of the artwork, to rudolfcuchkin@gmail.com to find a solution to your problem.
